Zero confidence or Bulldozer confidence. How to be in the middle.

What kind of confidence do you have? This is a spectrum, but it is important to recognize that very few people fall into a HEALTHY area when it comes to self esteem and self confidence.

self confidence often lies between these extremes:

  1. You know you can achieve anything and you will tear down anyone who gets in your way!
  2. You have no faith in your abilities and dont know why anyone likes you!

Do you see these extremes in the people around you? What about yourself?  This is a spectrum, but it is important to recognize that very few people fall into a HEALTHY area when it comes to self esteem and self confidence.

Why is this?  Because – most people have not had good role modeling of this behavior. However, that does not mean we cannot learn.  EVERYONE is capable of improving their self confidence at either end of this spectrum.  We would be so much better off as a society if more people could comfortably land in the middle of these two extremes.

You can make a change – No matter which end of the spectrum – There is always room to improve

The Thrive Programme® teaches you exactly how to do this and more. Are you ready to believe in yourself for what may possibly be the first time ever?  You will be unstoppable when you truly understand your worth and your value.  Or maybe you are tired of bulldozing over other people – at home, at work, friendships?  You can also benefit by understanding how you came to be this way and take small steps to change those traits that hurt those around you.
